Co-Piloting and Joint ventures: Mooi-Sights is on the lookout for passionate and experimental Mathematics and Science tutors to showcase their flair in a 1 Month full program to scout for 5 mathematics and science teachers for the grade 8, 9 and 10. Corporate sponsorship[s, inputs and partnerships are hereby extended to facilitate continuity passed the early developmental stages (Test drive). This means here schools in the Metsimaholo Municipality and parents are welcome to also recommend learners with special needs to enlist for weekends' (Saturday and Sunday) free tuition program - Because we can make a difference and more with little available. The program can be scheduled for the first weekend of September 2025 (Friday or Saturday all the same) to allow for inputs and comments if so practical. Our 1st new recruitment for a coordinating Team is Themba Mtsali and you can start by emailing us at Maphutsema@gmail.com for facilitation of proposal inputs.
MooiSights Gardens' Drivers: Perspective formulators: Very few perspective driven individuals from time to time do pass-by our near complete construction for startup circle and these individuals have formed and inspired the direction of the idea development to date. The most recent such example was for opening the Garden Park Idea to a Mathematics and Science Tutorial (though the proposal proponent (A well grown Adult Man) kinda overestimated my literacy in that Area). While other 3 such inspirations came rather very early on in the idea formulation which I believe to be fundamental as the actual building blocks i.e, two 12year olds and 1 toddler. The first 2 (though on different time zones) were concerned with need for water - like "yeah this place just need water" while the other went on and on raving about how his Dad once took them to where there were fishes and water features; and the toddler was more like "Are you still going to make a party?" - Literally so. You can do the math from there So, blending both perspectives really shaped the current posture - I thought what the heck, in any case through accountable structures and efficient management capacity such a construction with properly aligned investments can bring about a healthy capacity even to enjoy mass employment to boost local opportunities through construction to the actual implementation. Tutorials (weekends and breakfast (Monday to Friday) will make for a perfect growth trajectory for a shopping park and having startup garden restaurant as a base plan.
Subject: Partnership Proposal: Supporting Addiction Recovery and Prevention Through Sam’s Voice Good afternoon, As a former Sasol employee, I write this letter with both humility and hope. Due to personal struggles with addiction and the consequences of poor decisions, I was forced to resign—an experience that led to the unravelling of both my professional and personal life. Losing my position at Sasol, a company known for its values and respect for employees, remains one of my greatest regrets. Today, I am grateful to share that my life has taken a new direction through recovery and service. I am part of Sam’s Voice, a registered outpatient recovery and reintegration program based in KwaZulu-Natal. We work with individuals who are navigating the difficult path out of addiction and help them rebuild their lives with purpose and dignity. Our approach is holistic, structured, and deeply community-focused. Sam’s Voice has now developed a tailored outpatient support program specifically designed for companies like Sasol. The goal is to intervene before addiction leads to job loss, offering employees the tools and support to manage stress, trauma, and substance use in a safe and guided environment. This initiative can significantly reduce costs associated with staff turnover, including re-advertising, retraining, and long-term productivity loss—while also reinforcing Sasol's commitment to employee wellbeing. We would be honoured to collaborate with Sasol in the following ways: 1. Tailored Corporate Recovery Support Services • Confidential outpatient support for employees battling addiction or mental health struggles. • Structured recovery programs with accountability, therapy, and reintegration plans. • Progress reporting (when consented) and reintegration support post-treatment. 2. Community & School Outreach • Anti-drug awareness campaigns and educational talks in schools across KwaZulu-Natal. • Support for vulnerable youth exposed to substance abuse and gangsterism. • Corporate-sponsored community upliftment projects under Sasol’s CSR profile. 3. Expansion Project – Secondary Facility We are currently raising funds to establish a second sober living home for clients who have completed our primary program and are working towards independent living. This facility will serve as a stepping stone, promoting long-term stability and continued accountability. Why Support Sam’s Voice? • Direct impact: Your support helps save lives and restore families in the communities where your business operates. • Shared values: We align with Sasol’s mission to invest in people and uplift communities. • Brand impact: Corporate sponsorship will be acknowledged on all platforms, community events, and reports, enhancing your company’s visibility in ethical, socially responsive work. Please find attached our project summary and financial spreadsheets for your review. We would appreciate the opportunity to discuss how Sasol can become a valued partner—whether through funding, skills support, or engagement in our outreach initiatives. Thank you for considering our request. I would welcome the chance to speak further or arrange a presentation to share more about the impact we are making and how, together, we can reach even further. Kind regards,

Dear Sir/Madam, I hope this finds you well. I am reaching out on behalf of Stepping Stone Hospice & Care Services, the only 5-star APCC accredited Hospice in Gauteng dedicated to offering comprehensive and holistic palliative care services, with an in-home programme as well as an in-patient facility. As you may know Stepping Stone Hospice & Care Services is a non-profit organization that provides compassionate care and support to patients and families in need. We are the only non-profit, community-based organisation in greater Alberton, Bassonia, Glenvista, Katlehong and Thokoza, offering home-based care, home-based nursing, paediatric and adult in-patient unit, while also offering bereavement services and psychosocial programmes. However, to ensure that we continue to offer such services, we are continuously on a quest to raise funds and awareness of our programmes. We are reaching out to you today to ask for your support and partnership in our mission to care for those who are most vulnerable. We have a big project underway to build a 14 bed in-patient unit at 14 Glen Albyn, Raceview, which will enable us to provide specialized care and support to more patients in need. This project is a significant undertaking, and we are excited to bring this vision to life. However, we cannot do it alone. We need the support and partnership of communities like yours to help us make this project a reality. But our need for support goes beyond just our building project. Our Children's Unit is a special place where we care for young patients, mostly with rare conditions, who are facing life-limiting illnesses. Our unit is designed to provide a safe and nurturing environment for up to 10 young patients, aged 0 to 18, who require specialized care and support. Our team of dedicated healthcare professionals work tirelessly to provide these young patients with the best possible care, but it comes at a significant cost. Caring for one child with a life-limiting illness can cost us at least R50 000 per month, which includes operational and direct costs such as medical supplies, equipment, and staffing. This is a significant financial burden, and we rely on the generosity of donors and supporters like you to help us continue our work. That's why we are reaching out to ask for your support. We believe that every child deserves to live a life filled with dignity, comfort, and joy, regardless of their illness or condition. We are committed to providing the highest quality care and support to our young patients, and we invite you to join us in this mission. There are many ways that you can support us, from making a donation to volunteering your time. Every little bit counts, and we are grateful for any support that you can offer. Thank you for considering our request. We look forward to the opportunity to partner with you and make a difference in the lives of our young patients. In exchange for the free exhibition space, we would be happy to: • Promote Sasol on all our social media platforms, newsletter and website • Provide recognition and acknowledgement in media (locally and nationally) • Event Recognition • Tax Benefits • Long-Term Partnership • Employee Engagement and Volunteerism Thank you very much for considering our request. Your support will make a significant difference in the lives of many individuals and families in our community.

Previous Covid 19 Pandemic hard times, I have missed a one of the world standard deal of Creating our own FICA MTM ORCHESTRA That was designed to do a Collaboration with the Parma Recordings LLC, and that was a proposal from the Parma Recordings LLC's CEO the name is not my right to mentioned it Publicly. What made the CEO of Parma Recordings to chose my music than of Busi Mhlongo and Twasa Album for an Orchestra as the first plan of the CEO Intentions. The reason, this guy from america dicovered what I was not aware of myself on my daily musical walking lifestyle spirit of natural African Musicologist making the music. After they choose to record live my music and to be performed by own students collaboratively with Parma Recordings. What made myself to stick on my new Innovative Federation of International Cooperative African Musicologist, shortened call FICA my successful self taught technical educating and training research study FICA curriculum of it's own model established in 1985 Kwa Mashu Ethekwini KZN province, and moved on progress to America 1991, soon after coming back from America and further moved for the semi final of my FICA self taught research study successfully, and that was then a Mid Age Man Manager of Munich Music Company in Belgium while I was on the short break of our Live Performance with Busi Mhlongo and Twasa, this Manager from Munich Music Company offered personally myself a deal to produce the Late Busi Mhlongo and Twasa Album entitled Babhemu. The recent - way overdue - Feb 2025 receipt of the signed and Letter headed Municipal communications through the memorandum committee in addressing the plight in Mooi Draai occupancy and the implied uncertainty has informed a rendering of a report for the period since 2019 to Feb 2025. - Lest it be misconstrued for intentional strategy takeover and being coerced in anyway to a particular posture - One may find that the opposite is the case if one has been closely monitoring Mooi-Draai as a Special child-type and development phenomenon. A justification for our business case and new positioning came about as a consequence of; firstly the negatives which prevailed among a block of roughly (at the time) - 5 to 8 stands which the early rains of 2021/2022 subjected the occupants thereof - including were MooiSights Gardens is situated but with reasonable success story of its own through time of analysis. The business Case herein under discussion was initialized and made public, first, to the immediate occupants (for transparent actions) and subsequently through the Municipal IDP Processes Participation because then the tides were changing against a sustainable residential case which saw relocations and some stands left desolate or vacant for prolonged periods - hence it became apparent the agricultural storm water channel meant to minimize Potential crisis zone was and still remains a financially unwinnable long process( for the high technical risk nature of the problem. So, it follows that the situational circumstances; at the beginning; far outweighed the positives to contemplate residential case: almost feeling like being dealt a losing hand. NB: The Value trapped elsewhere in Public Private dealings of the past need to be unleashed and redirected effectively to address growth deficiencies around such important Road-line and the Styn-pan landmark; of-course not overlooking or undermining the concerns for residential case if practical. One must also admit that there were some positives which were and still remain noblest initiatives that sort of eased and gave sense of hope and continuity i.e; the nearby Tuck shop which is by far the most important of why life was made easier to date in our block of 16 supposed ERF stands.

A Brighter Future for Siphelele Bhengu: How Exam Portal Transformed a Struggling Learner Siphelele Bhengu, a quiet and determined 10-year-old at Siphethu Primary School in Daveyton, always felt left behind in class. Despite his eagerness to learn, reading remained his biggest challenge. Every day, he struggled to keep up with his classmates, his small hands trembling as he tried to decipher the words in front of him. The letters seemed to dance on the page, their meanings lost in confusion. His teachers had tried everything. Extra lessons, reading groups, and even one-on-one support, but nothing seemed to work. Siphelele’s mother, a single parent working tirelessly to provide for him, felt helpless as she watched her son’s confidence fade. He avoided reading aloud in class, fearing the laughter and whispers that often followed his stammering attempts. The school did not have the resources to hire a full-time reader to assist him, and the cost of external support was far beyond what his family could afford. The reality was heartbreaking: without proper intervention, Siphelele’s future was at risk. Then, one day, hope arrived in the form of Exam Portal. Through the efforts of V-Soft Technologies, Siphethu Primary School was selected to receive the Exam Portal software. With its text-to-speech functionality, Exam Portal could read aloud any text in 11 South African languages, including Siphelele’s home language, SiSwati. For the first time in his life, Siphelele experienced the joy of understanding a story without struggling. With a pair of headphones and a laptop, he listened intently as the words were read to him at a pace he could follow. He adjusted the speed, repeated sections when needed, and for the first time, he began to recognize words with confidence. His transformation was almost immediate. Within weeks, his teachers noticed the change—his comprehension improved, his participation in class increased, and the light of confidence returned to his eyes. No longer fearing judgment, Siphelele even volunteered to read in front of his classmates, astonishing everyone with his progress. His mother wept with joy when she heard him read a full sentence for the first time. “I never thought I would see this day,” she said, her voice trembling with emotion. “Exam Portal has given my son a chance to succeed.” Siphelele’s journey is just one of many. With Exam Portal, thousands of learners in township and rural schools now have access to the support they desperately need. By breaking the financial and logistical barriers that once seemed insurmountable, Exam Portal is not just changing education—it is changing lives. With continued support from organizations like Sasol Foundation, this revolutionary technology can reach even more learners like Siphelele, ensuring that no child is left behind, no dream is out of reach, and every child, no matter their background, has the chance to read, learn, and succeed.
